Orders:

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked by using the tracking number on shipping agency’s website. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service providers information.

For domestic transactions, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks. 

 

COD “cash on delivery” option?

We do offer cash on delivery  (COD) facility within India on all orders.

 

Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?

All domestic orders take approximately 5-7 days and international orders take approximately 7-10 days to ship from our studio from the date of order receipt.

Domestic orders: Free shipping on all domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

 

Could I make changes in shipping address after placing the order?

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package two times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including pin code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and fast delivery.
